Magnífico is pleased to present
Albuquerque Contemporary, the fifteenth
annual regional juried exhibition featuring 42 Albuquerque area
artists, which will take place at the Albuquerque Museum.
The juried portion of the exhibition, which
features 54 works by 39 local artists, was selected by guest
juror Gronk, a nationally acclaimed performance artist and painter
from Los Angeles.
The exhibition includes work in many styles
and media, from painting, sculpture, photographs, and prints
to mixed media, ceramics, installation, video, and more. Many
works will be offered for purchase, with a portion of sales to
benefit Magnífico.
In addition, Magnífico's Visual
Arts Committee has selected three Albuquerque artists to be honored
with their work on display in the Albuquerque Contemporary
exhibition at The Albuquerque Museum and in a satellite exhibit
called MAGNIFICO
HONORS at
516 Magnífico Artspace.
